Write a dialogue between you and your friend about the stresses people feel  nowadays and how physical exercises or meditation can reduce them

Myself   - Good Morning Jamal. How are you? 


Jamal     -  I am completely fine. What about you?


Myself  – I am fine too. Staying fine is a blessing for us.


Jamal    – Why do you feel so?


Myself  - People are very busy in their daily activities in this era. So they feel continuous stress  while performing their scheduled jobs at home or work places.


Jamal   – That’s really true because as students we also feel pressure of the studies. Whenever we are  given many tasks at a time, we feel ourselves stressed out sometimes.


Myself – However, physical exercises and meditation can really help to reduce stresses and tension  of people.


Jamal – Yes, that’s why nowadays we see many people are learning meditation to release anxiety,  brings a state of calmness and promote mental wellbeing.


Myself – That’s right. Stress and anxiety can affect how we breathe, which has effects on how our  body and mind feel. Taking a few deep breaths can help slow our breathing and heart rate,  relax our muscles and calm our minds. So, doing regular meditation really can help someone to               feel more relaxed.


Jamal - Physical exercises also can help to reduce the stresses. Stress can also make one  subconsciously tense one’s muscles, which physical exercise might help to release.  Moreover,             physical exercise really does prompt a stressed body to release feel-good hormones like                         endorphins, which can help someone to feel less stressed.


Myself – Thank you Jamal, I didn’t know this very useful piece of information of good hormones.  Regular exercise also can increase one’s self-confidence, improve mood, help relax, and lower symptoms of mild depression and anxiety. It can also improve sleep, which is often  disturbed by          stress, depression and anxiety. 


Jamal – All of these exercise benefits can ease our stress levels and give us a sense of command over  our body and life.


Myself – Fortunately, we play regularly in the field, that activity helps us to work efficiently and  manage our times efficiently.


Jamal – We also need to learn how to meditate so that we can get the best out of it as well.


Myself – Absolutely, Jamal. It will help our study by giving better focus and concentration. Thanks a      lot.
